CNC machine overhaul
We perform complete overhauls of the customer’s machines according to their specifications, addressing CNC electrical systems, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. We install updated software and carry out machinery repainting, restoring it to like-new performance.
Technical support and spare parts
We offer technical support for CNC machines and industrial automation systems, both mechanical and electrical, electronic, and software, with on-site and telephone interventions on our machines or those of other manufacturers. Our technical team is highly specialized, with specific skills and continuous training on the most up-to-date software.
Machinery handling and installation
We assist the customer in every phase of machinery handling and repositioning, using dedicated equipment to ensure safe operations. We also offer support in commissioning and leveling, with complete efficiency checks of the machine.
Mechanical assistance
We perform overhaul of Baruffaldi and Duplomatic turrets, spindle line overhaul, machine alignment and centering, as well as turcite replacement and ball screw replacement. We also handle carriage overhauls, ensuring precision and restoration of original performance.
Electrical/software assistance
We offer assistance on Siemens 840D-SL, 810, Osai 8600/8601, and Fanuc CNCs, as well as installation of new numerical controls and replacement of backup batteries. We design and build electrical panels, perform drive repairs, electrical component replacements, and complete wiring interventions.

MENTI designs and manufactures gear cutting machine tools for the machining and production of gears and centering and facing machines for the machining of the ends of bars, billets, pressed shafts, and tubes. The company also manufactures special machine tools such as lathes with loading storehouse, lathes with increased bar passage, and lathes for machining chrome-plated rods.
The company’s strong point remains gear hobbing machines (for the production of gears), both horizontal for the production of small and medium-sized gears and vertical for large gears, machines for power skiving gears and worm gears, standard and custom-made facing centers (machines for milling, facing, and centering mainly tubes, bars, or forgings and for machining drive shafts).
